  3. Añadir la chía, senillas de linaza, pipas de girasol y de calabaza y la canela. Mezclar todo.
  4. Calentar en una taza un poco de aceite de coco junto con una cucharada de miel. Verter encima de la mezcla del bol y mezclar bien para que quede repartido.
  5. Colocar la mezcla en una bandeja con papel de horno, de forma que quede repartida, lo máximo esparcida y plana posible.
  6. Colocar en el horno (previamente calentado a 180 grados) durante 10 minutos. Sacar la bandeja y mezclar de nuevo para que no se torre del mismo lado, esparcir otra vez y a hornear 10 minutos más (total= 20 minutos).
  7. Sacar del horno, dejar enfriar y colocar en un bol de cristal!
