- Aceite de oliva

- Lo primero que vamos a hacer será asar las berenjenas. Os recomiendo que si tenéis chimenea, las aséis ahí envueltas en papel de aluminio, que le dará un toque a ahumado que es bestial! Sino las asamos en el horno, que nos sirven igualmente!

- Una vez tengamos nuestras berenjenas, les quitamos la piel, y las metemos en un vaso batidor, y le añadimos el resto de ingredientes y lo trituramos todo. El aceite yo se lo voy integrando poco a poco, y cada uno según su gusto hasta llegar al punto exacto.

- Para presentarlo, lo ponemos en un bol, lo rociamos con un buen chorro de aceite de oliva y espolvoreamos con un poco de pimentón. Como os dije antes, lo acompañamos con pan de pita, verduras, tostadas, infinitas opciones para esta pedazo de crema! 🤤🤤👍🏻
- Consejo! Yo suelo asar varias berenjenas, las pelo y las congelo, por si algún día me apetece, es tan fácil como coger del congelador, descongelar y prepararlo ! 😉
