- Los sacamos y escurrimos muy bien y ponemos en un recipiente con la piel hacia abajo, cuando tengamos una capa, le picamos ajo y perejil y cubrimos con aceite, ponemos encima otra capa de boquerones y volvemos a picar ajo y perejil y cubrimos con aceite así hasta que estén todos y cubiertos de aceite, metemos en el frigo 3-4 horas
