- Añadimos 1/2 vaso de vino blanco y dejamos que se evapore el alcohol.Añadimos la calabaza.

- Cubrimos de agua y le ponemos una hoja de laurel.Tapamos y dejamos 15 minutos,desde que sale el vapor.Lo tendremos a temperatura media.

- Sacamos el pollo y quitamos casi todo el caldo.Podéis guardarlo para otro guiso o simplemente tomarlo solo,está riquísimo.Pasamos por la batidora las verduras.

- Troceamos el pollo y le quitamos los huesos.
