- Batir todo bien hasta que quede una mezcla homogénea y sin grumos, se hace fácilmente con unas varillas manuales.

- Dejar reposar la masa mientras se calienta la plancha. Poner la plancha a fuego medio - alto.
- Poner la masa en la plancha con la ayuda de un cucharón. No hace falta añadir mantequilla ni ninguna grasa porque la masa ya lleva un poquito. (Ponerla separada porque se esparce un poco y se nos pueden enganchar más de una, aunque si pasa, no es ningún problema, se separan rápidamente)
- Cuando veamos que la superficie se llena de burbujitas, le damos la vuelta a las tortitas con cuidado que no se rompan (al ser de harina de avena, al principio son un poco más frágiles que si las hacemos con harina de trigo)

- Dejar dorar por el otro lado unos minutos, vigilando que no se nos quemen.

- Una vez hechas las tortitas las podemos comer así o añadirles algún topping o completo (miel, fruta troceada, yogur, sirope de agave,... Si, crema de avellanas, Nocilla o Nutella también podemos poner, aunque no sea tan saludable, y si no, podemos hacer una casera😅... En breve publico receta🤗)
