Mezclamos bien todo para que el pan empape y volvemos a batir unos 3' a velocidad 6.
  4. Pasado el tiempo, ponemos a velocidad 5 e iremos añadiendo el AOVE, dejamos que emulsione unos 2' aprox..
  5. Una vez mezclado bien, se rectifica de vinagre y sal... nuevamente pondremos unos 8' a velocidad máx. hasta que quede espeso. (A mí me gusta que no quede muy espeso, suelo añadir un chorrito de agua). Picamos el huevo y lo reservamos.
  6. Terminado todo, servimos en los platos añadimos, huevo picado, taquitos de jamón serrano y un chorrito pequeño de AOVE..
