  10. Una vez terminada la cocción de la calabaza escurrirlas no del todo. Reservar el caldo
  11. En la misma olla batir con la batidora hasta formar un puré perfectamente triturado
  12. Añadir al puré poco a poco el caldo reservado (no todo) hasta conseguir la densidad deseada
  13. Emplatar. Dos cazos de puré de calabaza, dos cucharadas de crema de queso, un chorrito de aceite y perejil
  14. Deliciosamente cremosa y sabrosa!
