    1 puerro
    2 zanahorias
    700 gramos de boniato
    30 gramos de aceite oliva
    1 pastilla de caldo de verduras
    700 gramos de agua
    Curry
    Pipas peladas, picatostes (para decorar)
  2. Lo primero que vamos a hacer es lavar, pelar (zanahorias y boniato) y cortar todas las verduras.
    Agregamos 30 gramos de aceite en nuestra Thermomix, introducimos la cebolla y el puerro y programamos 4 segundos velocidad 4.
  3. Una vez finalizado programamos 7 minutos, temperatura varoma, velocidad 1
  4. Ahora agregamos los boniatos, la zanahoria (pelados y cortados en trozos) añadimos los 700 gramos de agua, la pastilla de caldo y un poco de sal.
  5. Programamos 30 minutos, temperatura 100º velocidad 1
    Aunque no está en la foto de los ingredientes yo le he añadido una cucharadita de curry para que no esté tan dulce la crema 2 minutos y medio, temperatura 100º velocidad 1.
    Dejamos enfriar un poco y trituramos 1 minuto velocidad 5. Y volvemos a triturar 2 minutos a velocidad 8.
    Y ya tenéis una cena o un primer plato rápido, sano y barato.
