- Para la base mezclamos la harina de avena y el aceite de coco y poner en el molde (previo preparar con papel vegetal) y lo llevamos al frigo mientras hacemos el relleno



- Ponemos la gelatina a hidratar en agua caliente

- Para el relleno, añadimos el queso fresco batido, la leche y el queso crema y batimos bien, podemos ayudarnos de una batidora



- Añadimos la vainilla y seguimos Mezclando


- Añadimos las gelatinas y batimos hasta que no queden grumos

- Finalmente, probamos la mezcla y vamos añadiendo la estevia poco a poco hasta que nos guste su dulZor


- Cuando tengamos la mezcla la echamos al molde y la llevamos al frigo (recomiendo mínimo 4 horas aunque yo l deje toda la noche) la base estará ya durita

- La añadimos a nuestra tarta y la dejamos otro rato en el frigo y lista para comer
