Hoy para cenar...vamos a preparar algo calentito que aunque por el día esté haciendo muy bueno al caer la noche bajan las temperaturas y apetece meter algo caliente al cuerpo.

- Apartamos del fuego y trituramos. Añadimos los quesitos y volvemos a triturar muy bien para que no nos queden grumos. Volvemos a poner al fuego y cocinamos a fuego lento unos 5 minutos sin dejar de remover.
