  5. Antes de montar el plato metemos el tofu marinado al micro unos 3-4 minutos.
  6. Montamos el poke: en la base el arroz y el resto de ingredientes a nuestro gusto. Terminamos con unas alga wakame y un poquito de sésamo y listo!!
