  1. Colocamoa la harina en un bol grande. Vamos añadiéndole el agua despacio mezclando hasta obtener una masa espesita como la nata líquida o un poco más espesita. Poco a poco, porque es posible que no necesitéis todo el agua.
  2. Añadimos a la masa, el huevo batido, el aceite, el colorante, y mezclamos.
    Añadimos el bacalao y mezclamos, le añadimos un poco de sal y probamos, a veces el bacalao queda saladito y necesita poca sal.
  3. Picamos la cebolla, los ajos, y el perejil bien pequeñito y lo añadimos a la mezcla.
  4. Dejamos reposar la masa en la nevera 1 hora, para que a la hora de freír tenga más consistencia
  5. En una sartén pequeña ponemos a calentar aceite de freír, a fuego medio alto, que no humee. Mi vitro es hasta el 9 yo la pongo al 7. Con la medida de una cuchara sopera vamos cogiendo la masa y la vamos friendo, unos 2 minutos Por cada lado, o hasta que un lado esté doradito y le damos la vuelta y lo doramos también por el otro lado.
    Las pasamos a papel absorbente para eliminar el exceso de aceite y listo!!A DISFRUTAR!!!!!
